At Purgebrflex, we want you to be satisfied with your outdoor recovery gear. This Return Policy explains how to return or exchange Trek Recovery Poles, Trail Foam Mat, Hydration Pack Pro, and other physical products purchased through purgebrflex.world or via direct inquiry to our team. All products are outdoor sporting goods sold for comfort and convenience; they are not medical devices and are not sold with health outcome guarantees.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the products meet the condition requirements below. The return period begins on the date confirmed by the carrier delivery record.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories. Items showing signs of outdoor use, damage, modification, or missing components may be declined or subject to partial refund at our discretion.
- Trek Recovery Poles must not show ground impact wear, bent shafts, or damaged grips
- Trail Foam Mat must be free of tears, stains, and compression damage from use
- Hydration Pack Pro bladders and hoses must be unused and hygienically sealed
Non-Returnable Items
Customized products, final-sale items clearly marked at purchase, downloadable or digital content, and gift cards are not returnable unless required by law. Hygiene-related components that have been opened may not be eligible for return due to safety standards.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our team at contact@purgebrflex.world or +16467895612 with your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged. We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions within two business days. Unauthorized returns may experience processing delays.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or incorrect item shipped. We recommend using a trackable service and retaining proof of shipment. Purgebrflex is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
If your package arrives damaged, notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product. We will arrange replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within seven to ten business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or when we made an error. You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or model of the same product line, contact us to arrange an exchange subject to availability. Price differences may require additional payment or partial refund.
Defective Products
Manufacturing defects reported within the warranty period will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our option. Normal wear from outdoor use is not considered a defect. Warranty terms vary by product and are provided with your purchase documentation.
Studio Purchases
Items purchased in person at our New York studio at 136 W 87th St may be returned under the same policy with proof of purchase. Present your receipt or order confirmation when requesting a return.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us promptly. If cancellation is not possible because the order has shipped, standard return procedures apply upon receipt.
